National Pharmacies appoints new General Manager Member and Customer Experience
National Pharmacies has appointed expert membership marketing executive Kimberley Bolton as General Manager Member and Customer Experience.
Ms Bolton is an experienced leader with a passion for delivering results for member and community benefit through executive and senior level roles.
National Pharmacies Chief Executive Officer Vito Borrello said Ms Bolton’s experience in marketing, strategy, finance and team operations would be instrumental in continuing the growth of member and customer experiences at National Pharmacies.
“National Pharmacies’ member and customer experience transformation initiatives will benefit immensely from Ms Bolton’s passion, skills and experience,” said Mr Borrello.

“Ms Bolton’s ability to engage, champion and expand membership and customer experiences is an asset to our more than 65 National Pharmacies and optical stores operating in South Australia, Victoria, and New South Wales.”
Ms Bolton recently started her role managing member and customer experience at National Pharmacies.

Ms Bolton has spent the past 15 years managing member and customer experience for RAA at executive and senior levels.
She is a professional member and Certified Practising Marketer of the Australian Marketing Institute, alumni of the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Certified Practicing Accountant and member with CPA Australia.
