What your eyebrows say about you

Eyes are the window to the soul and eyebrows are the frame to your face. Everyone’s eyebrows are different, whether you choose to leave your brows natural, pluck, wax, or even microblade them. First impressions can go a long way, and believe it or not, the shape of your brows can say more about you than you think.

According to face reading and feng shui expert, Priya Sher, you can learn everything you need to know about a person just by looking at them. She claims that eyebrows reflect our heart, our sexual energy, and even our relationships.

Curved brows are very feminine and usually exude confidence. Brows with a distinct arch express a more creative personality and bubbly nature. They often make a person look happier, and therefore more welcoming. If the brows are too high, this can often insinuate that they are dreamers. Overall, a natural warmth radiates from those with curved brows and some scientists believe that is makes you seem more trustworthy.

Those with straight brows can often suffer from resting bitch face. Their definitive brows make for a strong first impression. A woman with these bad boys is a confident and assertive person. She knows exactly what she wants and is willing to do what it takes to get it. If the brows are too low, however, this can be associated with stress as they look too carefully at everything and rarely have time for others.

Brow Guru Sharon Lee believes that, whether your brows are naturally thin or over plucked, they are so dated. Thin brows symbolise people who tend to doubt themselves and are quite gullible. They also represent a feminine and gentle personality. Over tweezed brows can also apparently ruin your chances of getting a powerful, well paid job.

Benefit Australia’s National Brow Artist Hannah Terrett says that bushy brows means you probably have a carefree spirit and are the life of the party. Those with these sort of brows tend to be more confident and due to coming across as masculine (in a good way.)
